The safety and security of our staff and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, local and national authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events.
Anyone attending our events must be aware and adhere to the below.
- You are required to wear the event ID badges/credentials provided to you
- Participants entering or present at the venue shall not deliberately cause obstruction at points of entry or exit, stairways, aisles, zone access points, emergency exits or access routes for emergency services within the venue.
- Interference with the smooth running of the event in any form is strictly prohibited. Such persons may be removed from the venue
- Security safeguarding measures and operational plans are in place at our events, including
- Badge/ticket verification
- Physical screening/bag checks
- Monitored and recorded security surveillance/CCTV
- Uniformed and covert security guards
- Crowd management/stewards, signage and barriers, as necessary
- Security measures may include:
- Walkthrough or handheld scanners
- Uniformed and covert police
- Canine Security and Detection

The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the venue who does not comply with this Admissions policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations.

Clarion is committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct and ethics, and we extend this commitment to our contractors, exhibitors and visitors as well.
Our Code of Conduct reflects our unwavering commitment to ethical behaviour, integrity, and respect in all our interactions. Every participant in the Winter Art & Antiques Fair, no matter their role, is expected to embrace these standards, contributing to an environment where honesty, inclusivity, respect and responsibility are paramount. By adhering to this Code, we aim to create a culture that promotes trust and collaboration in the shared pursuit of our goals.
Code of conduct regarding Discriminatory behaviour towards, or offensive to, individuals or groups for reasons of age, disability, sexual orientation, class, ethnicity, race, colour, faith, marital status or gender will not be tolerated. Individuals found not to adhere to this policy will be asked to leave.
Reports of any inappropriate behaviour can be reported in confidence to the Organisers Office located upstairs in the Gallery.
